Provider and scope
Payobook is located at 37 Ton Duc Thang, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. These terms apply to use of its website and service. “Customer” means the organisation subscribing to Payobook; “user” means someone that organisation authorises to use it.
A signed customer agreement or order form takes precedence for the matters it addresses. An applicable data processing agreement governs processing of customer personal data. These website terms do not impose new prices, renewal commitments or liability limits on an existing customer agreement.
Accounts and authorised use
Use Payobook only within the authority and permissions your organisation gives you. Protect your credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. Customers manage user accounts, roles and approval responsibilities.
Do not bypass access controls, attempt to access another organisation’s records, introduce malicious software, disrupt the service or use it unlawfully. An individual may make commitments for an organisation only with authority to do so.
Customer data and decisions
Customers retain their rights in information they provide and authorise Payobook to process it to deliver and secure the service, follow lawful instructions and meet applicable obligations. Customers are responsible for the accuracy and lawful provision of their records and for required notices to employees, applicants and other people.
Review inputs, calculations, configuration and outputs before approving payroll, submitting payments or filings, or making employment decisions. Payobook supports these processes; it does not replace the customer’s responsibilities or professional advice where needed. This does not remove Payobook’s agreed duties or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Calendar integrations
Calendar connections are optional. Connect only accounts you are authorised to use and review the permissions requested by the provider. Google or Microsoft handles its own sign-in; do not give your provider password to Payobook support.
The current Google connector synchronizes the primary calendar. Changes can propagate in both directions, including event deletion and attendee changes. Invitations may notify participants. Check recipients, dates, time zones and recurrence before saving.
Calendar visibility follows application permissions and relevant sharing rules. Internal payroll calendar dates are not exported by the connector. Connecting a calendar does not grant access to restricted payroll or hiring records.
Synchronization depends on provider availability, valid authorization and service limits. It may be delayed or require reconnection. Check the source calendar for time-critical appointments. No lifetime or uninterrupted availability of a third-party integration is promised.
Pause stops synchronization without deleting existing copies. Revoke provider authorization to stop future authorized access, and contact your administrator or support for deletion of imported data. Deleting a synchronized event while connected can affect its provider copy.
Privacy and security
The Privacy Policy describes information handling, calendar consent, retention and rights requests. Customers and Payobook each remain responsible for applicable obligations and the commitments in their agreement.
Customers should configure appropriate access and report security concerns promptly. Security measures and any incident-response commitments are governed by applicable law and the customer agreement.
AI assistance
AI features may produce incorrect, incomplete or unsuitable responses. Users must review outputs before acting, particularly for employment, payroll or other consequential decisions. An AI suggestion does not grant permission or replace a required approval.
External AI processing depends on the services your organisation enables and the information submitted. The Privacy Policy explains this processing. Do not submit information you lack authority to share.
Subscriptions and service commitments
Purchased modules, charges, taxes, payment dates, trial conditions, renewals and cancellation rights are those agreed with the customer or clearly presented before purchase. These terms do not themselves create an additional charge or subscription.
Service levels, support and remedies are those agreed with the customer or required by law. Maintenance, upgrades and provider outages may affect availability. Product previews or roadmaps are not delivery commitments unless expressly agreed.
Ownership
Payobook and its licensors retain rights in the software and service materials. Customers and authorised users may use the subscribed service within their agreement. Ownership of customer data is not transferred to Payobook.
Suspension and ending service
Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address misuse, a security threat, unlawful activity or a material contractual breach, subject to the customer agreement and applicable law. Where practicable and appropriate, Payobook will explain the issue and allow it to be resolved.
Cancellation, termination and any export or transition assistance follow the customer agreement. Contact support before ending service to arrange required records and exports. Deletion and retention follow the Privacy Policy, customer instructions and applicable obligations; ending service does not automatically erase every copy.
Responsibilities and statutory rights
Each party remains responsible for its contractual and legal obligations. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Questions or concerns can be raised with hello@payobook.com.
Updates and contact
Payobook may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date identifies the current version. Notice and any acceptance required for material changes will follow the customer agreement and applicable law; changes are not applied retrospectively without a lawful basis.
